Foods NEVER to Eat for Breakfast or Before Bed
1) “So Called” Health Foods: No matter how healthy their labels make them sound, be very careful. Some “health foods” are loaded with low-quality, not to mention artificial and GMO-tainted ingredients… added sugar and garbage carbs like maltodextrin. 2) Bacon, Sausage, and Other Processed Meats: While they would seem to satisfy the high-protein requirement at breakfast and before bed, unfortunately, processed meats have been strongly linked to a variety of health issues. Furthermore, many products come from animals that have been fed GMO grains and injected with steroids and antibiotics.
