Tim Skwiat
Head Coach & Vice President of Research & Development
Tim Skwiat has been with BioTRUST since day one, contributing to our mission of helping people live healthier, more vibrant lives. With over 20 years of health and wellness experience, Tim serves as the lead Nutrition and Exercise Coach and Vice President of Research and Development. He is at the forefront of developing science-backed formulas and guiding customers on their BioTRUST journey.
Tim holds a Bachelors in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University and a Masters in Sports Science and Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin, where he spent 10 years coaching under renowned strength coach Todd Wright. He is also a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Nutrition Coach and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
When not developing new formulas, you will find Tim hosting YouTube live sessions, answering your most pressing questions on nutrition, healthy aging, and BioTRUST products.
