How does the refer-a-friend program work?

Our Refer-a-Friend program lets you share BioTRUST with loved ones! Share your custom referral link, and when someone makes a purchase using your link, they’ll get $20 off their first order. You’ll receive $20 in Store Credit 14 days later, which you can use on a future BioTRUST.com order. The more referrals, the more credits you earn!

How do I refer a friend?

Share your unique referral link via email, social media, or directly with a friend. When they use this link, they’ll get $20 off their order, and 14 days after it's completed, you'll receive a $20 Store Credit. The discount and referral credit apply only if they use your link. Your Referral link can be found by clicking the Rewards button on BioTrust.com and logging into your account.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you can earn!

Can I refer myself or someone in my household?

Self-referrals and referrals within the same household are not eligible for rewards. The program is designed to encourage sharing BioTRUST with new customers outside of your household.

Is the program available internationally?

The refer-a-friend program is available to customers in certain regions. Please check the program’s terms and conditions or contact customer support to confirm availability in your country.

What rewards will I receive for referring a friend?

When you refer a friend, you will receive a $20 Store Credit 14 days after their completed purchase. Your friend will also have received $20 off their first purchase as a thank you for joining the BioTRUST community.

When will I receive my reward?

You will receive your $20 Store Credit 14 days after your friend completes their purchase using your referral link.

How will I receive my reward?

Your reward will be automatically credited to your account. You will receive an email alerting you when Store Credits are added to your account. Store Credit Rewards can be applied as a discount on your next BioTRUST purchase. If you’re logged into your BioTrust account, click Apply Store Credit at checkout. Or, enter your Loyalty Code (found in the Rewards link on BioTrust.com) in the discount field at checkout.

How do I use my referral credit?

When you place your next BioTRUST.com order, if you have any Store Credits, a button will appear on your payment screen allowing you to apply that credit to your order. Or, if the button doesn’t appear, you can enter your Loyalty Code into the coupon box on the order form and your Store Credit will be applied to your order.

Your Loyalty Code can be found by clicking the Rewards button on BioTrust.com.

Can I combine the refer-a-friend reward with other promotions or discounts?

Yes! The refer-a-friend reward can typically be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions. Store Credit Rewards can be applied as a discount on your next BioTRUST purchase. If you’re logged into your BioTrust account, click Apply Store Credit at checkout. Or, enter your Loyalty Code (found in the Rewards link on BioTrust.com) in the discount field at checkout.

How can I track my referrals?

You can track your referrals and reward status through your BioTRUST Rewards account dashboard. Here, you’ll see which friends have used your referral link and the status of your rewards.

How do I know if my friend used my referral link?

You’ll be notified via email when your friend uses your referral link to make a purchase. You can also check the status in your BioTRUST Rewards dashboard.

What happens if my friend cancels their order?

If your friend cancels their order, the referral reward will not be issued. The reward is contingent upon the successful completion of the purchase.

What if my friend doesn’t make a purchase?

The referral reward is only issued if your friend completes a purchase using your referral link. If no purchase is made, neither of you will receive the reward.

What if my friend didn’t receive the referral link or code?

If your friend didn’t receive the referral link or code, you can resend it through the referral section of your BioTRUST Rewards account. Make sure they check their spam or junk folder if they can’t find the email.

What if my friend used my link to make a purchase but didn’t receive the $20 off their order and I didn’t receive my credit?

This would indicate that the order was not eligible for our Refer-a-Friend program. This would most likely be due to your friend already having been a customer of BioTRUST. The referral program is only for new customers.

What if there’s an issue with my referral reward?

If you encounter any issues with your referral reward, don't hesitate to get in touch with BioTRUST customer support at 1-800-766-5086. They will assist you in resolving any problems related to your referral rewards.
